Swaraj Suiting Limited informed the exchange that commercial production had commenced at the Denim Division B-41, Industrial Area, Jhanjharwada, Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh.
The new plant has an annual capacity of converting 21.75 million metric meters of denim fabric. The plant represents forward and backward integration for the company.
The total project cost stood at Rs. 213.74 Cr which will be funded through a term loan of Rs. 146.61 Cr, an unsecured loan from promoters of Rs. 25 Cr and Rs. 42.13 Cr through equity issue and internal accruals.
