Sanghvi Movers Limited has secured a work order amounting to Rs. 166 Crores from a distinguished Independent Power Producer (IPP) operating in the renewable energy sector.
The order encompasses a range of services crucial to the wind energy domain, including the provision of cranes, WTG Inter-carting, installation and pre-commissioning, and the construction of WTG foundations complete with geotechnical analysis.
This contract spans a duration of 24 months, beginning from January 2024 and concluding in January 2026. Notably, crane rental services constitute approximately 33% of the total contract value, with the remaining balance allocated to the various activities involved in wind Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services, as outlined above.
Breaking down the execution timeline, roughly 3% of the contract value is slated for completion in the current financial year, FY 2023-24. Subsequently, a substantial portion, accounting for 64% of the contract value, will be undertaken in the ensuing financial year, FY 2024-25. The remainder of the project is anticipated to conclude in FY 2025-26.
The overarching impact of this commendable achievement is the addition of 300 MW. This milestone marks the company’s largest single order to date in the Wind EPC segment.
