Ami Organics has informed the exchange that it had acquired majority stake in the partnership firm — Baba Fine Chemicals.
Ami Organics acquired the partnership Interest of 55% from exiting partners along with the right to receive profits with respect to their Partnership Interest in Baba Fine Chemicals, effective April 1, 2023 vide Deed of Assignment dated September 22, 2023 executed among the Company and the Exiting partners of Baba Fine Chemicals.
A total purchase consideration amounting to Rs. 68.21 crores was pid by Ami Organics.
