Strategic Acquisitions
- Vector Technics Private Limited – Zen Technologies has acquired a 51% controlling stake in Vector Technics, a leading provider of propulsion and power distribution solutions for drones and UAVs. This acquisition allows Zen to expand into aerospace components and enhances its capabilities in supporting the global drone and robotics industries.
- Bhairav Robotics Private Limited – Zen has taken a 45.33% stake in Bhairav Robotics, a company specialising in advanced robotic products such as quadrupedal robots and autonomous weapon systems. This investment strengthens Zen’s position in the defense robotics and autonomous systems segment, reinforcing its commitment to “Made in India” innovation.
- Applied Research International Private Limited (ARIPL) & ARI Labs Private Limited (ALPL) – Zen Technologies has acquired a 100% equity stake in these companies for ₹130.0 crores, enhancing its expertise in simulation technologies for defense, security forces, and maritime applications. ARIPL, founded in 1998, specializes in simulation and assessment tools for industries such as marine, offshore, naval, construction, and mining, along with e-governance solutions for the Directorate General of Shipping in India. ALPL focuses on naval and maritime simulation technologies. These acquisitions strengthen Zen’s AI-driven analytics and immersive technology capabilities for military training and maritime defence preparedness.

With these acquisitions, Zen Technologies broadens its expertise beyond combat training to include UAV propulsion, aerospace components, robotics, and naval simulation. This expansion enables Zen to develop next-generation defense solutions that cater to the evolving needs of modern armed forces worldwide.
