Vishal Fabrics Limited has received a merchant export order worth approximately ₹100 crore from Kiran Enterprises for the supply of premium denim fabrics, the company informed exchanges.
The order, which will be executed during the calendar year 2026, covers the supply of a wide and versatile range of high-quality denim products. Dispatches under the contract are scheduled to commence from January 15, 2026.
Although awarded by a domestic entity, the order is intended for merchant exports to several key international markets, including Nigeria, Egypt, South Africa, Turkey and Morocco, underscoring Vishal Fabrics’ growing presence in global textile value chains.
