Titagarh Wagons Ltd. (TWL), a leading provider of mobility solutions across rail, road, and marine transportation, has secured an order worth INR 537.11 crore from Ambuja Cements Limited and ACC Limited. The contract involves the manufacture and supply of 16 BCFCM Rakes Wagons along with BVCM Wagons, further strengthening TWL’s presence in the rail freight sector.
This contract, awarded by domestic entities, underscores the growing demand for efficient freight transportation solutions in India. The execution of the order is scheduled to take place between January 2026 and March 2027.
BCFCM (Bogie Cement/Fly Ash Covered Mechanized) rakes wagons are specially designed for the transportation of bulk cement and fly ash. These wagons provide efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly transport solutions for the cement industry, ensuring safe and seamless movement of materials over long distances.
