Tanfac Industries Limited has secured a domestic supply contract valued at an estimated ₹336 crore (exclusive of GST) from Krishna Organics, Vadodara, the company disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in line with the SEBI circular dated November 11, 2024.
The order involves the supply of high-purity diluted hydrofluoric acid, to be delivered as per mutually agreed technical and commercial specifications outlined in the contract. The agreement has been awarded by a domestic customer and reflects a long-term supply relationship.
Execution of the contract is spread over 3.5 years, extending up to FY 2028–29, providing Tanfac Industries with medium-term revenue visibility and stability.
Tanfac Industries stated that the order underscores its strong capabilities in the specialty chemicals segment and reinforces its position as a reliable supplier to India’s chemical and pharmaceutical value chains.
