Talbros Automotive and JVs Secure Multi-Year Orders Worth ₹580 Crore, Boosting Global and EV Segment Presence

Talbros Automotive Components Limited (TACL), a leading player in the Indian auto component industry, along with its joint ventures, has secured a series of multi-year orders collectively valued at approximately ₹580 crore. The orders, received from prominent original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in both domestic and international markets, are slated for execution over the next five years.

The new business wins span across all key product verticals of TACL, including gaskets, heat shields, forging components, chassis systems, and rubber hoses. Notably, the order book includes a strong presence in the rapidly expanding electric vehicle (EV) segment and significant export commitments, particularly to Europe.

Key Highlights of the Order Wins:

  • ₹260 crore in orders secured by the company’s sealing business, including:
    • ₹180 crore from multiple OEMs for gaskets and heat shields
    • ₹80 crore for forged components
  • Of the above, ₹150 crore is attributed to exports, largely to Europe—a strategic market for Talbros that is known for its high-quality standards. The move is expected to further deepen the company’s footprint in the European automotive supply chain.
  • ₹290 crore in orders secured through the JV Marelli Talbros Chassis Systems, dedicated to chassis components, with nearly 50% of these linked to the EV segment, reflecting the company’s increasing relevance in next-generation mobility.
  • ₹30 crore in orders received via the JV Talbros Marugo Rubber for hoses and anti-vibration (A/V) components in the domestic market. Commercial production for these orders is expected to commence in the second half of FY26.

The latest order inflow is expected to enhance Talbros’ revenue visibility, strengthen its profitability, and solidify its positioning as a trusted supplier to high-performance and technology-driven automotive OEMs. With growing specialization in both traditional and electric vehicle components, Talbros and its JV partners continue to demonstrate robust capabilities in meeting evolving market demands across geographies.
