Surya Roshni Limited has secured a domestic order worth ₹105.18 crore (inclusive of GST) from an engineering and infrastructure company, the company informed the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The order involves the supply of spiral pipes with external 3-LPE (three-layer polyethylene) coating for a project located in Gujarat. As per the terms of the contract, the supplies are scheduled to be completed by 31 March 2026.
The company clarified that the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and is not a related-party transaction. Additionally, Surya Roshni’s promoters, promoter group, or group companies do not have any interest in the entity that awarded the order. The order was received on 24 November 2025 at 5:36 pm, according to the regulatory disclosure.
Surya Roshni said the new contract strengthens its order book and reflects continued demand for its coated spiral pipe products from the engineering and infrastructure sector.
