Sundaram Clayton Limited has entered into an Agreement to Sell (ATS) on January 8, 2026, with Canopy Living LLP for the sale of its land parcel measuring 16.381 acres located at Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai district, Tamil Nadu.
Canopy Living LLP is a joint venture between Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited and Prestige Estates Projects Limited. The buyer does not belong to Sundaram Clayton’s promoter, promoter group, or group companies.
The transaction involves the sale of a non-core asset and, accordingly, does not have any impact on the company’s turnover, revenue, income, or net worth for the last financial year. Sundaram Clayton has received an advance consideration of ₹25 crore, with the balance consideration of ₹535.67 crore payable upon execution of the sale deed. The total transaction value stands at ₹560.67 crore.
