Solarworld Energy Solutions Limited has announced the signing of a binding term sheet to execute an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for a 200 MWac / 272 MWp ground-mounted solar power project. The project, valued at approximately ₹802.84 crore (excluding taxes), has been awarded by a leading renewable energy company.
As per the company’s regulatory filing, the contract involves full-scale EPC development for the large-capacity solar installation, reinforcing Solarworld Energy Solutions’ growing presence in India’s clean-energy infrastructure segment. The project is scheduled to be completed during the financial year 2026–27.
This contract marks another significant milestone for Solarworld Energy Solutions as it expands its turnkey EPC capabilities in utility-scale solar power generation, supporting India’s ongoing transition to sustainable energy and its ambitious renewable energy capacity-addition goals.
