Shree Refrigerations Limited has secured a major supply order worth ₹106.62 crore from Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL), a Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Defence.
The contract involves the supply and installation of advanced Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for five Fleet Support Ships being built by HSL. The order will be executed with a delivery timeline extending up to March 31, 2028.
This contract underscores Shree Refrigerations’ growing role in providing critical engineering solutions to India’s defence sector. The company will deliver the HVAC systems as per the Shipyard’s Statement of Technical Requirements (SOTR), ensuring compliance with naval specifications and operational needs.
Shree Refrigerations noted that the entire contract will be executed domestically, reinforcing the government’s focus on self-reliance in defence production.
The order adds to the company’s expanding portfolio of projects in the marine and defence space and is expected to strengthen its revenue visibility over the medium term.
