Shree Refrigerations Limited (SRL) has secured a ₹19.16-crore order from Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd (MDL), a Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, to supply turnkey HVAC solutions for 14 Fast Patrol Vessels (FPVs) of the Indian Coast Guard. The delivery is scheduled to be completed by September 19, 2029.
This latest contract follows SRL’s recent ₹106.62-crore order from Hindustan Shipyard Ltd (HSL) in August 2025 for HVAC systems for five Fleet Support Ships of the Indian Navy. The company is also executing a similar FPV project with Goa Shipyard Ltd (GSL) for eight vessels, with the first ship already delivered to the Coast Guard.
The consecutive wins highlight SRL’s expertise in providing end-to-end HVAC solutions for defence and marine platforms, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in India’s shipbuilding and maritime security ecosystem.
