In a strategic move to strengthen its foothold in the U.S. healthcare market, Sagility, a leading tech-enabled business operations solutions provider, has announced the acquisition of BroadPath Healthcare Solutions. The Tucson, Arizona-based company specializes in healthcare services and operates a remote work model with over 1,600 employees across the United States and the Philippines.
The acquisition aligns with Sagility’s objective of expanding its service capabilities and diversifying its client portfolio. BroadPath’s expertise spans member engagement, member acquisition, claims and appeals administration, provider enrollment, and credentialing. With this acquisition, Sagility significantly increases its market reach, adding over 30 new clients, including mid-market payers, third-party administrators, pharmacy benefit managers, and healthcare providers.
