Rajesh Power Services Limited has announced the receipt of two significant turnkey contracts, cumulatively valued at approximately ₹85.24 crore, under disclosures made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
According to the company’s filing, the first order has been awarded by Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO). The scope of work includes the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 220 kV underground cable at the proposed 220 kV Dholera Substation. This project, valued at ₹40.08 crore (inclusive of taxes), is expected to be completed within six months.
The second contract, worth ₹45.16 crore (inclusive of taxes), has been granted by East Central Railway. Executed in joint venture with a private partner, the order involves the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of a 132 kV transmission line along with associated line bays at the GSS Nabinagar site. The project carries an execution timeline of 18 months.
Both orders have been awarded by domestic entities and fall under turnkey execution mode. The company stated that these contracts further strengthen its position in India’s power transmission infrastructure sector.
