PACE Digitek Limited has secured a major order worth ₹3,757.25 million (₹375.7 crore), inclusive of GST, from Bondada Engineering Limited for Balance of System (BOS) works related to a large-scale solar power project.
The contract involves BOS works for setting up a 300 MW AC solar power project under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode. Scope of work includes design and engineering, site development, manufacture, inspection at supplier facilities, supply, insurance, transportation, storage, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of the project. In addition, PACE Digitek will provide operations and maintenance (O&M) services for a period of three years.
The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is required to be executed within 15 months from the receipt of the Letter of Award (LOA), the company said in a regulatory filing pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The order strengthens PACE Digitek’s presence in the renewable energy EPC segment and adds significant visibility to its order book, particularly in large-scale utility solar projects.
