PACE Digitek Limited has announced that it has received a major order worth ₹9,297.57 million (₹929.76 crore) from Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MSPGCL). The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
According to the company, the order involves the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, inspection, installation, testing and commissioning of a 200 MWAC grid-connected ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant. The project forms part of MSPGCL’s 300 MWAC solar initiative and also includes the creation of associated power evacuation infrastructure up to the State Transmission Utility (STU) substation. Additionally, PACE Digitek will undertake three years of operations and maintenance (O&M) after commissioning.
The project is to be executed on a turnkey basis. PACE Digitek has been given a timeline of 450 days from the date of acceptance of the Letter of Award to complete the entire scope of work. The contract is expected to significantly bolster the company’s order book and reinforces its growing presence in India’s renewable energy and utility-scale solar power infrastructure sector.
