Globe Forge Limited, a subsidiary of Nibe Ordnance and Maritime Limited, has secured purchase orders worth ₹282.61 crore (inclusive of all taxes and duties) from a leading domestic defence company for the supply of empty shells, the company said in an exchange filing under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to the disclosure, the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and involves the supply of empty shells under significant terms specified in the contract. Execution and delivery of the order will be carried out in tranches up to October 2026.
The company confirmed that neither the promoters nor the promoter group have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall within related-party transactions.
This large order marks another milestone for Globe Forge Limited in the Indian defence manufacturing ecosystem and underscores the company’s growing role in the supply of critical components to major defence players.
