Krystal Integrated Services Limited, a provider of integrated facilities management and waste management solutions to public and private sector clients across India, has secured a new work order from the Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation for comprehensive solid waste management services in the city.
The contract covers door-to-door collection, segregation and transportation of municipal solid waste, along with street cleaning and disposal at designated locations, in compliance with the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. The services will be carried out for Prabhag “C” and the contract has been awarded for a period of five years.
According to the company’s regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the work order was issued on January 9, 2026, and received by the company on January 12, 2026. The contract has been awarded in the ordinary course of business by a domestic entity.
The approximate value of the contract is ₹83 crore, excluding duties and taxes. The order strengthens Krystal Integrated Services’ presence in municipal solid waste management and provides long-term revenue visibility over the next five years.
