Krystal Integrated Services Limited has secured a ₹65 crore contract from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for providing facility management and allied services, including the operation and maintenance of 33/11 kV, 33/22 kV, and 22/11 kV substations and switching stations.
The three-year contract, awarded under Contract No. CE(Dist)/M-I/R&M/FMS T-01 of 2024-25/24921, falls under the company’s ordinary course of business and covers critical infrastructure operations across MSEDCL’s network in Maharashtra. The order value is exclusive of duties and taxes.
