Kotyark Industries Limited (NSE: KOTYARK, ISIN: INE0J0B01017) has secured a significant order to supply 7,299 kilolitres (KL) of biodiesel to India’s state-owned oil marketing companies (OMCs) — Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL), and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL) — for the period from August to October 2025.
The allocation is part of a larger joint tender floated by the OMCs on July 23, 2025, for the procurement of 1.5 lakh KL of biodiesel produced from non-edible used cooking oil (NUCO/UCO) feedstocks. Out of the total tender size, 1,28,687 KL was allocated, with Kotyark Industries receiving a share valued at approximately ₹58.39 crore (excluding GST and transportation charges).
Breakdown of Kotyark’s allocation (7,299 KL):
- Gujarat: 6,324 KL (IOC – 2,190 KL; BPCL – 2,720 KL; HPCL – 1,414 KL)
- Haryana: 975 KL (IOC – 675 KL; HPCL – 300 KL)
The company emphasized that supply execution is subject to the receipt of formal indents and purchase orders within the specified timelines.
This win marks another milestone for Kotyark Industries, which has been steadily building its presence in India’s biodiesel market as demand for cleaner, renewable fuels gains momentum.
