Indo-Tech Transformers Limited has received a purchase order valued at ₹91.26 crore, excluding applicable taxes, for the supply of 11 power transformers, the company disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The order, dated 25 November 2025, has been awarded by Four EF Constructions for deployment across various NTPC projects. The contract involves the manufacture and supply of a mix of high-capacity transformers, including three units of 112/160 MVA, six units of 87.5/125 MVA, and two units of 70/100 MVA.
Awarded by a domestic entity, the order is scheduled for execution within a tight delivery window, with all 11 transformers to be supplied between August 2026 and October 2026.
Indo-Tech said the new order strengthens its order book and underlines its capabilities in designing and supplying high-capacity transformers for large-scale power generation and transmission projects in India.
