Indo SMC Limited has received multiple purchase orders aggregating to ₹33.52 crore from two domestic customers for the supply of FRP cable trays, accessories and SMC meter boxes.
The company has secured four purchase orders from Ahmedabad-based Asiatic Composite Limited with a total value of ₹22.93 crore. These orders relate to the supply of various kinds and sizes of FRP cable trays and dimensional accessories. The orders were issued on January 27, 2026, and are expected to be executed within eight weeks.
In addition, Indo SMC has received another purchase order worth ₹10.59 crore from Elite Techno Solution for the supply of Glass Fibre Reinforced Sheet Moulding Compound (SMC) meter boxes. Elite Techno Solution is a registered vendor for the Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra state governments. This order is scheduled to be executed within two to three months.
The company stated that both orders are in the ordinary course of business and reflect its long-standing track record in supplying FRP cable tray systems and SMC products. Indo SMC also clarified that there is no promoter or promoter group interest in either of the customers and that the transactions do not fall under related party transactions.
