Hind Rectifiers Limited, a leading manufacturer of power electronics and traction equipment, has announced the receipt of a significant order from Indian Railways, further strengthening its position in the domestic rail infrastructure segment.
The order, valued at approximately ₹127 crore, pertains to the supply of critical equipment and will be executed over the course of FY 2026–27. This development was disclosed by the company in an official filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to the company, the contract is a domestic supply order and has been awarded under standard terms and conditions set by Indian Railways. Hind Rectifiers clarified that neither its promoters nor any group companies have any interest in Indian Railways, and the transaction does not fall under related party dealings.
This order marks another milestone in Hind Rectifiers’ ongoing contribution to India’s rail modernization efforts.
