The Board of Directors of Him Teknoforge has approved the establishment of a new forging plant in Pithampur, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, with an investment of ₹51.75 crore. The plant, originally planned to be set up through its subsidiary HimForge Rings LLP, will now be developed directly by the company following its classification as a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME).
The new facility will focus on manufacturing forged and machined automotive parts for both domestic and international markets, including Europe and the USA. The project is expected to be commissioned by the first or second quarter of 2026, adding a proposed capacity of 14,400 MT, of which 40% will replace existing capacity due to technology upgrades.
Currently, Him Teknoforge operates with an existing capacity of 9,300 MT at 70–75% utilization. The expansion will be financed through a mix of internal accruals, debt, and equity capital, and aims to enhance production capabilities, incorporate advanced technology, and strengthen the company’s position in the automotive components sector.
