Harshil Agrotech Limited, a leading supplier of agricultural produce, announced that it has received a Work Order/Purchase Order from Heera Merchants valued at ₹113 crore for the supply of grains and vegetables. The order will be executed under mutually agreed delivery tranches within 45 days from the order date.
The order includes a variety of agricultural products such as Grade-A wheat, potato, onion, hybrid tomato, fresh green chilli, and a brinjal/capsicum mix. Deliveries are scheduled to take place at Ahmedabad APMC and buyer-designated warehouses/cold storages, with the company responsible for packing, transportation, and cold chain management for perishable items. Final quantities and quality will be verified at the buyer’s weighbridge and quality control checkpoints.
The payment structure for the order includes 30% advance within seven days of Work Order confirmation and 70% against delivery and inspection.
