Ganesh Benzoplast Limited (GBL), a prominent player in chemical storage and infrastructure services, has announced a significant order win from JSW Jaigarh Port Ltd, marking a major step forward in its engineering and infrastructure business.
The contract, valued at ₹169.24 crore (excluding GST), has been awarded on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis and involves the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, and commissioning of a comprehensive Chemical Tank Farm Project.
Scope of the Project
The project includes:
- Construction of 11 chemical storage tanks
- Dock pipeline systems
- Associated civil works
The execution timeline for the project is approximately 27 months, starting from the date of commencement.
Domestic Order with Strategic Significance
Awarded by JSW Jaigarh Port Ltd, a domestic entity, this project highlights Ganesh Benzoplast’s growing presence in large-scale infrastructure and chemical handling facilities within India.
Importantly, none of the promoters or group companies of GBL have any stake or interest in JSW Jaigarh Port Ltd, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions, ensuring full compliance with corporate governance norms.
