Exhicon Event Media Solutions Limited has announced a major collaboration with the International Association of Disaster Management (IADM), Stockholm, to manage the 4th, 5th, and 6th editions of the Disaster Management Expo & Summit across India, the UAE, and Sweden.
The India edition, scheduled to take place at the Messe Global Convention Centre starting October 11, 2025, will be the longest in the series, running for six months. This event alone is expected to generate revenue of $4 million (₹33 crore) for Exhicon. The UAE and Sweden editions are projected to add over $2 million (₹16.5 crore) to the revenue of Green Branch Contracting and Landscaping LLC, a UAE-based subsidiary of Exhicon with a 76% stake.
About the Agreement
Exhicon will provide venue management, event management, and support services for the expos, which are widely regarded as the most comprehensive platforms for disaster management.
Additionally, IADM has signed a separate deal with Digiglobe Advertising Private Limited, another subsidiary of Exhicon, to oversee:
- Full-scale marketing campaigns for the events,
- Monthly magazine publication for IADM,
- Design and display management for exhibitors at all three editions.

The Disaster Management Expo & Summit series has previously been held in Tehran (Iran), Moscow (Russia), and Dubai (UAE), attracting global experts, organizations, and practitioners. The series is recognized as a key forum for knowledge-sharing and solutions in disaster preparedness, response, and recovery.
The India edition promises to be a landmark event, given its extended duration and the growing emphasis on disaster management in the country. The UAE and Sweden editions will continue to build on the event’s global legacy.
