EMMforce Autotech, an Indian automotive components manufacturer, has announced that it has been awarded a long-term supply contract by a leading USA-based Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the manufacture and supply of drivetrain parts. The order is valued at approximately ₹10.50 crore annually.
The contract, which falls under ordinary business operations, will be executed by EMMforce Autotech domestically, with no involvement of the promoter or promoter group in the awarding entity. The agreement represents a strategic milestone for the company, enabling it to strengthen its presence in the international automotive supply chain while securing stable annual revenues.
