Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited wins exclusive ₹170–210 crore transfer case order from Mahindra & Mahindra Limited

Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited (DTTS) on Wednesday said it has received an exclusive order from Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (M&M) to supply 4×4 transfer case systems for the Scorpio Pik-Up vehicles being exported to Indonesia.

The order forms part of M&M’s major export programme involving the delivery of around 35,000 units of the Scorpio Pik-Up in calendar year 2026 for the Indonesian market. Under the agreement, Divgi will act as the sole supplier of transfer case systems for this export programme.

The total order value is estimated to be in the range of ₹170–210 crore, industry sources said.

Production and deliveries are scheduled to commence in CY2026. The vehicles are designed for rugged terrain and are expected to play a key role in strengthening rural logistics and agricultural supply chains in Indonesia.

Commenting on the development, Jitendra Divgi, Managing Director, Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited, said the order reinforces the company’s leadership position in the transfer case segment and reflects growing participation in global vehicle platforms. “This exclusive order strengthens our long-standing partnership with Mahindra & Mahindra and underscores their continued confidence in our engineering and manufacturing capabilities. The programme will be serviced through our existing manufacturing facilities, which have sufficient capacity headroom, without any major incremental capital expenditure,” he said.
