Dhabriya Polywood Bags ₹18.59 Crore Aluminium Doors and Windows Order

Dhabriya Polywood Ltd has secured a ₹18.59 crore order for the supply and installation of aluminium doors and windows from an Indian company, strengthening its order book in the building products segment.

The Jaipur-based manufacturer disclosed the order in a regulatory filing on Sunday. The customer has not been identified, with the company citing competitive sensitivity as the reason for withholding the name.

The contract covers the supply and installation of aluminium doors and windows for a domestic project. According to the company, the work will be executed over 11.4 months, with deliveries and installation taking place in multiple phases as specified in the order.

The order is valued at ₹18.59 crore, including GST.

The latest contract adds to Dhabriya Polywood’s presence in the architectural doors and windows market, where demand has been supported by residential, commercial and institutional construction projects. Aluminium systems have gained wider acceptance in recent years due to their durability, low maintenance requirements and suitability for large-format glazing in modern buildings.

The company said the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not constitute a related-party transaction. It also clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the customer.

Dhabriya Polywood manufactures uPVC and aluminium windows and doors, modular furniture, partitions and other interior and exterior building products. The company caters to residential, commercial and infrastructure projects across India.

The newly secured project is expected to contribute to revenue over the next financial year as execution progresses in phases.
