Deep Industries Limited has received a Notification of Award from GAIL (India) Limited for the hiring of a compression facility at GAIL’s RT-USAR plant. The total estimated value of the contract is approximately ₹108 crore.
The order has been awarded by GAIL, a domestic entity, and will be executed over a period of 880 days. The project involves providing compression services at the RT-USAR facility as part of Deep Industries’ regular business operations.
The company clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in GAIL, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
Deep Industries stated that the award is in the ordinary course of business and is expected to contribute positively to its order book and revenue visibility over the next two and a half years.
