Chavda Infra Limited has secured a construction contract worth ₹131.02 crore (excluding taxes) from A. Shridhar Infracon LLP for building a premium commercial complex named WYNN on Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The scope of work includes reinforced cement concrete (RCC), masonry, plaster and other construction activities. The project, classified as a commercial development, is expected to be completed within 33 months.
With this latest order, Chavda Infra’s total new orders in the current financial year have risen to ₹353.77 crore and to ₹572.75 crore in the current calendar year. The company’s unexecuted order book now stands at approximately ₹957.70 crore, reflecting a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects.
This win further strengthens Chavda Infra’s presence in Gujarat’s growing commercial real estate market and underscores its execution capabilities in large-scale infrastructure and building projects.
