Blue Jet Healthcare Ltd., a leading pharmaceutical and healthcare intermediate manufacturer, has announced the acquisition of approximately 102.48 acres of industrial land in Andhra Pradesh to set up a new greenfield manufacturing facility. The land allotment was made by the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. (APIIC) under the State’s Industrial Policy 4.0, through Government Order G.O.Ms.No.82 dated May 23, 2025.
The company’s Board of Directors approved the investment at its meeting held on July 31, 2025. The disclosure was made to the stock exchanges in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.

Strategic Growth Initiative
Blue Jet Healthcare’s planned manufacturing facility will be developed in a modular, phased manner, beginning with multi-product blocks. The facility is aimed at significantly enhancing production capacity, allowing the company to cater to increasing demand across key therapeutic platforms and enabling expansion into new product verticals.
“This strategic investment reinforces our long-term vision of sustainable and forward-looking growth. The new site will not only bolster our manufacturing capabilities but also deepen our presence in high-growth therapeutic segments,” the company said in a statement.
The move is seen as a pivotal step in Blue Jet’s capacity expansion roadmap and is aligned with its objective to meet evolving global demand while strengthening partnerships with key customers worldwide.
