Blue Cloud Softech Bags ₹147 Crore AI Infrastructure Order from IBM Cloud

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has secured a US$15.5 million (approximately ₹147 crore) fixed-fee order from IBM Cloud Inc for AI infrastructure design, deployment and support services.

The order has been awarded to Global Impx Inc. (GIX), Blue Cloud Softech’s wholly-owned US subsidiary. The signed Statement of Work was received on September 24, 2026, under a Master Services Agreement between the companies dated August 21, 2026.

The project involves designing, deploying, configuring, integrating, testing and supporting a GPU-powered enterprise AI infrastructure environment in New Jersey, USA. Work commenced on September 24 and will be completed according to the client-approved project plan, followed by a 30-day stabilisation and support period.

Under the engagement, Global Impx will build infrastructure for AI and machine-learning workloads, including model development, training, fine-tuning and inference. The scope covers GPU computing clusters, high-performance storage and networking, AI/ML platforms and Kubernetes-based orchestration.

The project also includes cybersecurity and operational infrastructure, including identity and access controls, network segmentation, encryption, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery. The company will subsequently conduct performance testing, documentation, knowledge transfer and production handover.

The US$15.5 million consideration is payable against five project milestones. The project includes defined service levels, including infrastructure and GPU availability of at least 99.5%.

The order comes within three months of Global Impx joining the Blue Cloud group in June 2026 and strengthens the company’s AI infrastructure business in the US market.

Blue Cloud Softech reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,002 crore in FY2025-26. The company provides AI solutions and infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecom and 5G services and healthcare technology to enterprises and government clients.
