Bajaj Steel Industries Limited on Tuesday said it has secured a new domestic order worth approximately ₹35 crore, inclusive of taxes, for the design, engineering, manufacturing and supply of Main Low Tension (LT) Panels.
The company received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the customer confirming the award of the contract. However, the name of the customer has not been disclosed due to confidentiality and commercial considerations.
According to the company, the order involves the end-to-end supply of Main LT Panels, which are critical components used in electrical power distribution systems across industrial and infrastructure projects. The contract is expected to be executed within a period of 10 to 12 weeks.
Bajaj Steel said the order adds to its growing order book in the electrical and industrial solutions segment and reflects the company’s continued traction in securing value-added domestic infrastructure contracts.
