ASK Automotive Partners with Japan’s KYSK for High-Pressure Die Cast Alloy Wheels

ASK Automotive Limited, India’s largest manufacturer of brake shoes and advanced braking systems for two-wheelers, has announced a strategic partnership with Kyushu Yanagawa Seiki Co., Ltd. (KYSK) of Japan. The collaboration involves a Technical Assistance and License Agreement for the production of high-pressure die cast alloy wheels for two-wheelers. Under this agreement, KYSK will provide technical expertise and knowledge sharing to support ASK Automotive in manufacturing high-quality alloy wheels.
 
The alloy wheels produced under this agreement will be supplied to a specific Japanese original equipment manufacturer (OEM), ensuring compliance with world-class quality and safety standards.
 
Strategic Importance of the Partnership
Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Kuldip Singh Rathee, Chairman and Managing Director of ASK Automotive Limited, stated, “With over three decades of experience in the Indian automotive industry, we understand the market dynamics and the needs of OEMs. Alloy wheels have become a crucial component across all two-wheeler segments, from premium to entry-level.
