ARCL Organics Acquires Vishvam Formalin Plant and Land in Gujarat for ₹23 Crore

ARCL Organics Limited has completed the acquisition of land along with an operational plant and machinery from Vishvam Formalin in Kadadra village, Dehgam taluka, located in Gandhinagar. The transaction, valued at ₹23 crore, was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations.

The sale deed for the land has been executed by Mr. Sandeep Patel in favor of ARCL Organics, with the company also taking possession of the existing plant, machinery, and associated equipment. The assets are currently engaged in the manufacture of powder resins, and the acquisition is expected to strengthen ARCL Organics’ manufacturing footprint and enhance its production capacity.

The facility is located at Survey No. 442/P, Village Kadadra, Zak-Kadadra Road, Dehgam, and includes industrial land along with fully installed manufacturing infrastructure. Regulatory approvals for the transaction have already been obtained, and the company will now initiate the process of updating licenses and registrations under its name.

While the total consideration for the acquisition stands at ₹23 crore, the per-acre cost of the
land cannot be determined from the disclosure
, as the exact size of the land parcel has not been specified by the company. Based on standard calculation methodology, per-acre cost is derived by dividing the total acquisition value by the number of acres acquired.

This acquisition aligns with ARCL Organics’ strategy to expand its manufacturing capabilities and strengthen its presence in the resin production segment. The addition of an operational facility is expected to accelerate capacity expansion and support future growth initiatives.
