Aluwind Infra-Tech Limited has received a major work order from Godrej Properties Limited for aluminium façade and glazing works at a premium residential project in Mumbai.
The contract involves the design, manufacture, fabrication and supply of aluminium windows, including deck railings, glazing and louvers, for Tower 3, Tower 4 and Tower 5 of the Godrej Reserve project at Kandivali, Mumbai. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity. According to the company’s regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the project is to be executed within a period of 38 months from the issuance of the notice.
The total consideration for the contract is ₹43.15 crore (₹43,14,74,400), excluding GST. The order adds to Aluwind Infra-Tech’s order book and strengthens its presence in the premium residential real estate segment.
