Allied Digital Services Limited, a global IT services provider and Master System Integrator (MSI), has secured a landmark ₹420+ crore contract from a leading European multinational pharmaceutical company. The five-year engagement will overhaul the digital workplace for over 1.2 lakh employees across 66 countries, including regions in the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.
The prestigious deal reinforces Allied Digital’s growing global presence and its expertise in delivering large-scale digital workplace solutions. Under the agreement, the company will provide a comprehensive suite of IT services, including deskside and hardware support, management of collaboration and meeting room technologies, and audio-video platform support. Additionally, Allied Digital will handle Installation, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) services for end-users and set up dedicated IT experience centres in key regions to enhance service quality and user satisfaction.
