Verso Altima India Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adroit Infotech Limited, has won a ₹29 crore order from a large domestic internet service provider to manage application maintenance and support services for a period of five years, the company announced in an exchange filing under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The order, officially issued on 10 September 2025, covers comprehensive onsite and offshore support as part of its application maintenance scope. Verso Altima India confirmed that the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity.
According to the disclosure, execution of the project will extend across five years, with Verso Altima responsible for managing and supporting the client’s critical applications during the contract term.
This win underscores Adroit Infotech’s continued expansion in the managed IT services and support domain, particularly in high-volume industries such as telecom and internet services.
