Value 360 Communications has entered into a Main Services Agreement with Amazon Development Centre (India) Private Limited to provide public relations and related communication services.
Under the agreement, Value 360 will provide PR services to Amazon on a monthly retainer basis, with specific work orders to be issued from time to time. The agreement is valued at approximately ₹4.74 crore per annum, excluding commissions and applicable taxes.
The agreement is effective from September 1, 2026, to August 30, 2027. The scope includes public relations and related services as specified in individual work orders issued by Amazon.
The company said the agreement is expected to generate around ₹4.74 crore in annual revenue and strengthen its business prospects and operations.
The engagement is part of Value 360 Communications’ ordinary course of business and is subject to customary commercial terms covering service scope, work orders, confidentiality and other contractual conditions.
