New Delhi: Ceigall India Limited, in a joint venture with Sushee Infra Mining Limited, has received four Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) for road construction projects in Arunachal Pradesh with an aggregate bid cost of ₹2,149.62 crore.
The company said in a regulatory filing on August 18 that Ceigall India will hold a 74% stake in the joint venture, while Sushee Infra Mining will hold the remaining 26%.
The four projects have been awarded under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode and involve the construction of sections of National Highway-913, also known as the Frontier Highway, in Arunachal Pradesh.
The largest of the four contracts, valued at ₹611.10 crore, covers the construction of the Sarli-Huri section of NH-913 from km 0.000 to km 78.38.
Another contract, worth ₹525 crore, involves construction of the Huri-Taliha section from km 55.725 to km 113.25. A third project, valued at ₹521 crore, covers the Huri-Taliha section from km 0.000 to km 55.725.
The fourth contract, worth ₹492.52 crore, covers the Huri-Taliha section from km 160.75 to km 209.90.
All four projects involve construction of intermediate-lane roads on EPC mode.
The projects have varying execution timelines. Three contracts have a construction period of 36 months, while the ₹525 crore project has a 48-month construction period. Each project also carries a five-year maintenance period.
The LOAs were issued by MoRTH on August 17, 2026, according to the filing.
Ceigall India said the projects were awarded by a domestic entity and that neither the company’s promoters, promoter group nor group companies have any interest in MoRTH. The contracts also do not qualify as related-party transactions.
The latest wins strengthen Ceigall India’s order pipeline and expand its presence in the strategically important road infrastructure segment in the Northeast. The Frontier Highway project is aimed at improving road connectivity across Arunachal Pradesh, including remote and strategically significant areas of the state.
The company had earlier informed the stock exchanges in March 2026 about its participation in the projects. The latest LOAs formalise the award of the four packages, taking the combined bid cost to ₹2,149.62 crore.
Ceigall India is an infrastructure construction company with a focus on highways, bridges, flyovers and other road-related projects.
