Ahmedabad, August 10, 2026: A-1 Ltd, formerly known as A-1 Acid Ltd, has secured a supply order worth approximately ₹38.70 crore from Solar Group of Industries for the supply of acids and industrial chemicals.
The order value is exclusive of applicable GST. Including the 5% GST specified in the company’s disclosure, the total value of the order would be approximately ₹40.64 crore.
The order covers the period from August 1 to October 31, 2026, and falls within A-1 Ltd’s core business of supplying acids and industrial chemicals.
The order has been awarded by Solar Industries and its group entities and is a domestic contract. A-1 said the transaction is with an unrelated third party and is being executed in the ordinary course of business on an arm’s-length basis.
The company clarified that the transaction does not fall within the ambit of related-party transactions.
A-1 Ltd is engaged in the supply and distribution of industrial chemicals and acids. The latest order from the Solar Group of Industries adds to its business in the industrial chemicals segment and provides revenue visibility through the October 2026 execution period.
The company disclosed the order under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
