Omfurn India wins ₹38.88 crore orders from Oberoi Realty, Incline Realty

Omfurn India Ltd has secured orders worth ₹38.88 crore from Oberoi Realty Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiary Incline Realty Pvt Ltd for the supply and installation of pre-finished wooden doors and frames across four residential projects.

The orders, received on August 5, 2026, are valued at ₹3,888.07 lakh, or ₹38.88 crore, excluding taxes. The contracts cover the supply, installation and commissioning of pre-finished wooden doors and associated hardware, with all deliveries scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2026.

The largest order is for Oberoi Elysian Tower A, valued at ₹10.52 crore. This includes ₹9.35 crore for the supply of products and ₹1.18 crore for installation.

The company has also received an order worth ₹10.65 crore for Oberoi Elysian Tower B, comprising ₹9.46 crore for products and ₹1.19 crore for installation.

For Oberoi Skycity, Omfurn has secured two orders from Incline Realty. The order for Tower F is worth ₹8.57 crore, including ₹7.63 crore for supply and ₹94 lakh for installation, while the order for Tower G is valued at ₹9.14 crore, comprising ₹8.14 crore for supply and ₹1 crore for installation.

Order book crosses ₹170 crore

Following the latest orders, Omfurn India’s unexecuted order book as of July 31, 2026, has crossed ₹170 crore, according to the company. The order book is expected to be executed over the next 24 months.

The new contracts strengthen Omfurn’s exposure to the residential real estate segment, particularly large-scale premium housing projects. The company will supply pre-finished wooden doors and frames along with the associated installation and commissioning services.

The orders have been awarded by domestic entities and are not related-party transactions, with Omfurn stating that neither the promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the entities awarding the contracts.

The latest wins add to Omfurn India’s pipeline of projects and provide execution visibility through the end of 2026, while its overall order book provides revenue visibility over the subsequent two years.
