Wipro Enterprises Private Ltd is set to acquire TTK Healthcare Ltd’s EVA and Good Home brands and related assets for ₹256 crore plus applicable GST, strengthening its presence in the home and personal care segments.
TTK Healthcare entered into definitive agreements with Wipro Enterprises on July 23, 2026, following approval from its board. The transaction is expected to be completed by September 30, 2026, subject to fulfilment of the applicable conditions. TTK Healthcare said the net book value of the related assets stood at just ₹70.48 lakh as of June 30, 2026.
The two brands together generated revenue of approximately ₹148 crore in FY26, accounting for around 17% of TTK Healthcare’s total turnover.
What Wipro is acquiring
Good Home is TTK Healthcare’s home-care brand, with products spanning air care, odour removers, scrubbers and drain cleaners. EVA is a personal-care brand offering deodorants, body sprays, no-gas perfumes, underarm roll-ons and talcum powders.
The acquisition gives Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting additional brands across everyday home-care and personal-care categories. Wipro’s existing Indian household portfolio includes brands such as Santoor, Yardley, Enchanteur, Hygienix, Chandrika, Safewash, Softouch, Giffy, Maxkleen and Aramusk, spanning personal care, hygiene, home care and male grooming.
The addition of Good Home therefore strengthens Wipro’s home-care portfolio, particularly in air care and household cleaning, while EVA expands its presence in fragrances and personal grooming.
Acquisition-led expansion
The transaction is the 17th acquisition by Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting, according to the company. Wipro has said the acquisition will strengthen its home-care and personal-care portfolio and expand its presence in categories with long-term consumer relevance.
The company is expected to retain the two established brands while leveraging its distribution, product development and marketing capabilities to expand their reach. Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting reported revenue of ₹10,800 crore in FY2025-26, with its operations spanning personal care, home care, lighting, electrical wire devices, seating solutions and foods.
For TTK Healthcare, the sale represents a monetisation of two consumer brands that have been part of its FMCG portfolio. The company’s consumer products division also includes Woodward’s Gripe Water in baby care and Skore in sexual wellness, in addition to EVA and Good Home.
The ₹256 crore transaction will allow Wipro to add established brands and distribution-ready product categories to its consumer portfolio, while giving TTK Healthcare an opportunity to focus its resources on its remaining businesses.
