Mumbai, July 24: Marine Electricals (India) Ltd has secured new orders worth approximately ₹376.22 crore (excluding taxes), boosting its order book with contracts spanning hyperscale data centres, digital infrastructure and defence manufacturing.
The company informed the stock exchanges that the orders have been received from Siemens Ltd, Princeton Digital Group (PDG) and Titagarh Naval Systems Ltd, with execution scheduled over the next 8 to 21 months.
The largest of the three contracts has been awarded by Siemens for the supply of a power distribution system for a hyperscaler project, underscoring Marine Electricals’ growing presence in India’s fast-expanding data centre infrastructure market. The order will be executed over a period of 21 months.
Marine Electricals has also secured an order from Princeton Digital Group, one of Asia’s leading data centre operators, for the supply of power distribution systems. The contract is scheduled for execution within 8-10 months.
In addition, the company has received an order from Titagarh Naval Systems Ltd for the supply of electrical equipment, further strengthening its presence in the defence and naval infrastructure segment. Deliveries under this contract are also expected to be completed within 8-10 months.
The latest order wins provide visibility for the company’s manufacturing operations over the next two years while reinforcing its position in mission-critical electrical power distribution solutions.
The Siemens and Princeton Digital Group contracts highlight Marine Electricals’ increasing exposure to India’s rapidly expanding data centre ecosystem, where demand for reliable and efficient power distribution infrastructure is rising with investments from hyperscale cloud operators and colocation providers.
The defence-related order from Titagarh Naval Systems further diversifies the company’s order book and reflects continued demand for specialised electrical equipment used in naval platforms.
Marine Electricals said the contracts are not related-party transactions and that none of its promoters or promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding companies.
The company has emerged as a key supplier of electrical and power distribution systems across marine, industrial, commercial and infrastructure applications. Its portfolio includes low- and medium-voltage switchboards, power control centres, intelligent power management systems and integrated electrical solutions serving sectors such as shipping, defence, data centres, railways and industrial infrastructure.
The latest order inflows are expected to strengthen the company’s execution pipeline as investments continue across India’s digital infrastructure, industrial and defence sectors.
