Capacit’e Infraprojects bags ₹482 crore construction contract in Mumbai

Mumbai: Capacit’e Infraprojects Ltd has secured a construction contract worth approximately ₹482 crore from Twenty-Five Downtown Realty Ltd for a super high-rise residential project in Mumbai, further strengthening its order book in the premium real estate segment.

The contract, valued at around ₹482 crore excluding taxes and cess, involves civil works and civil finishing for Tower T5 at a development in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.

The scope of work includes the construction of basements, podiums, a clubhouse, service floors, residential upper floors, penthouses and the terrace level of the tower, the company said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday.

Commenting on the order, Managing Director Rahul Katyal said the contract represents repeat business from an existing client, reflecting the company’s execution capabilities in complex high-rise construction projects.

“We are pleased to announce yet another repeat order from our esteemed client Twenty-Five Downtown Realty Limited. This reaffirmation of trust underscores Capacit’e’s proven ability to deliver projects of scale with uncompromising safety, quality and engineering excellence,” Katyal said.

He added that repeat orders from leading developers reinforce the company’s position in the high-rise and super high-rise construction segment and support its strategy of focusing on technically complex projects.

Capacit’e Infraprojects specialises in building construction and provides engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services across residential, commercial and institutional projects. The company has executed projects for several leading real estate developers across India and has built expertise in constructing high-rise and super high-rise buildings.

The latest order is expected to further strengthen Capacit’e’s presence in Mumbai’s premium residential construction market, where demand for large-scale mixed-use and luxury developments continues to drive opportunities for specialised contractors.
