JNK India Secures UAE Order for ADNOC’s TA’ZIZ Salt Project

Mumbai, June 8: Process-fired heater and thermal equipment manufacturer JNK India Ltd has secured an international order from CC7 Emirates Engineering Solutions L.L.C., UAE, for the TA’ZIZ Salt Project being developed for ADNOC in Abu Dhabi.

In a regulatory filing on Sunday, the company said the contract covers the design, engineering, manufacture, procurement and supply of an incinerator package on an FCA basis, along with assistance for erection, commissioning and witnessing of performance tests.

JNK India classified the order as a “large” project, which under the company’s internal categorisation corresponds to contracts valued between ₹100 crore and ₹300 crore.

The project is scheduled to be executed by December 2027.

The order pertains to the TA’ZIZ Salt Project, part of ADNOC’s broader chemicals and industrial ecosystem in Abu Dhabi. The work will be carried out for CC7 Emirates Engineering Solutions, with execution taking place in the UAE.

The company said the contract further strengthens its presence in the Middle East and highlights its capabilities in delivering specialised thermal process equipment for large industrial projects.

JNK India added that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the customer and that the transaction does not constitute a related-party deal.

Headquartered in Thane, Maharashtra, JNK India provides engineering, procurement and manufacturing solutions for process-fired heaters, reformers, cracking furnaces and related systems used across oil and gas, petrochemicals, fertilisers and hydrogen sectors. The company has been expanding its overseas footprint through orders from the Middle East and other international markets.

The latest order is expected to bolster the company’s order book and reinforce its position as a supplier of critical process equipment for energy and industrial infrastructure projects.
