Mumbai, June 3: Agarwal Industrial Corporation Ltd has secured a tender from state-owned Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) for the supply of bulk bitumen, with the contract estimated to be worth about ₹477.5 crore.
In a regulatory filing on Wednesday, the company said it has been awarded the contract for supplying approximately 1,30,000 metric tonnes of bulk bitumen in VG-30 and VG-40 grades at Mumbai and Mangalore locations.
The supplies will be executed over a one-year period from May 25, 2026, to May 24, 2027, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender.
The company said the order marks a significant milestone and reinforces its position in the bitumen supply chain while further strengthening its long-standing relationship with HPCL, one of India’s largest public sector oil marketing companies.
The latest order is expected to provide strong revenue visibility for the company over the next 12 months amid continued investments in road construction and infrastructure development across the country.
